Archie

Archie too came from Tavistock market and was donated to us by the same person.  He was a lot shyer than Buzz though has come around quickly.  He took a few more weeks to come out of his shell and would have you believe he is still in it, that is until you notice the glint in his eye!  All he seems to think about is food and where he can get it.  Every morning we would go to feed the ponies to find him and Mikey already in the feed area eating all the hay, or standing their having stuffed themselves with it!  We would kick them out and Mikey would wander off sulking but not Archie.  He would wait until your back was turned the sneak in again.  It took us a long time to work out how he was getting in and unfortunately for Archie we have now done so, this doesn’t stop him hanging around all the time and trying though!  He is a master at escape and evasion!!  He does also enjoy a good scratch on the bum though only when his belly is full!!!
